Uplifting Rural Futures: A Supportive Day at Singayapally Primary School, Siddipet, Telangana

On July 27, 2024, a dedicated team from Optiks Anugraha and Give for Society NGOs embarked on a heartfelt mission to Singayapally, a secluded village approximately 70 kilometers from Hyderabad. Their goal was to support the local primary school and engage with the community to foster educational advancement and communal spirit.

The journey began with an early start, as the team made their way through rural terrain to reach the school by 9 AM. Upon arrival, the atmosphere was filled with excitement and eagerness. The event began with a series of speeches from key figures, including representatives from the school, the Village Sarpanch, and members of Optiks Anugraha and Give for Society. These speeches underscored the vital role of education, the ongoing efforts to improve school resources, and the collaborative spirit essential for community development. The addresses not only expressed gratitude but also inspired a renewed dedication to educational progress. Following the speeches, the team distributed essential school supplies and gifts to the enthusiastic students. Each child received a comprehensive bag with a pencil box, notebooks, and various stationery items intended to support their academic journey. In addition, refreshments were provided, bringing joy and smiles to the children’s faces.

This generous act aimed to alleviate some of the challenges faced by the students, ensuring they had the necessary tools to thrive academically. To help support their day-to-day needs and nurture their growth, we brought along essential groceries, indoor games, sketchbooks, and a variety of stationery supplies designed to enrich both their education and recreation. Many of our team members also contributed personally by gifting chocolates and small games—adding an extra touch of joy to the day.

The infectious energy and smiles of the children turned what began as a simple donation drive into something far more powerful—a shared experience of warmth, gratitude, and human connection. We left the ashram inspired, humbled, and reminded of the impact that small acts of kindness can have on young lives.

Step by Step: Supporting Education Through Shoe Distribution in Mahadevpur

On Saturday, the 19th, Optiks Anugraha and Give For Society organized a School Shoe Distribution Drive at a government school in Mahadevpur, Bhupalpally. Over 600 students received new footwear to support their daily school commute—an essential yet often overlooked need.

Providing proper shoes not only promotes physical well-being but also helps boost self-esteem and school attendance. This simple act of care made a significant difference in these children’s lives, reaffirming our belief that even the smallest gestures can create a lasting impact.

Clean Water, Clear Futures: Water Purifier Installed at MPPS, Yamanpalli

Continuing our mission to support holistic development, Optiks Anugraha collaborated with Give For Society to install a Water Purifier at MPPS in Yamanpalli Village. This system will provide safe, clean drinking water to around 90 primary school children.

Clean water is fundamental to good health and effective learning. By ensuring access to purified drinking water, we are contributing to better student well-being, higher attendance rates, and a healthier learning environment.
